Lovely friendly owner. The room was a comfortable size and warm. It was nicely decorated - coppergold metal mirror- frames, beautiful window blind. The window could be opened. The noise from the street was not bothersome. Breakfast was substantial. When I asked for marmalade, the owner went straight out to buy some for me. All in all : good value.

Breakfast was very good and plenty of it. Any type available, everything freshly cooked, full English huge and good quality. Tracy was a fantastic host and very knowledgeable about the area, which was very helpful.
