Lovely room and bathroom. Clean comfortable with everything you need and more. Very hospitable hosts. Breakfast provided which was ample and varied with coffee and tea making facilities. Highly recommend for short or longer stays. Short walk into one of the main piazzas with the other piazza close by. Location very good near amphitheater and right on via Francigena.

The host was very kind. All sights were just a step away (ancient amphitheater and necropolis and the old town).
