The only thing to keep you warm in Sutherland is a fire or heater. the fire options did not work for us, But our fantastic host provided an electric heater that worked very well, thank you

The cottage was well laid out for self catering. The beds were comfortable and the shower had amazing pressure. I loved the eclectic decor.
