The fine print
Please note that this apartment is privately owned and is not associated with the onsite building managers/reception.Guests will complete a remote sign-in once booked. Link will be forwarded after booking. We do not have an office at the resort, you will collect your keys from our shop at 38 Cavill Avenue. Once your sign-in is completed, we can then send your check-in code on arrival day. Sign-in is similar to what is done over the counter on arrival day yet in a secure encrypted environment.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Location is central (Cavill & Orchid Ave, front of tram stop, shopping & Woolworth, restaurant and beach). Well maintained and secured facilities. Great view of beach. Has multiple allocated parking spaces. Just make sure you know the exact location of key pick up and code.

Level 40 apartment with sea view is superior to the others. Spectacular views from the master bedroom and balcony despite a building blocking some of it. It's not enough to ruine it though. Very comfortable furniture. Massive TV in living room and TVs in all bedrooms, though we didnt need to use it much because the views outside were more entertaining to watch. Plenty of dishes, included a new sponge and liquid detergent as well as capsules for the dishwasher. We didn't have the need to request anything. But based on other reviews we were sure to pack our own towels for the pool and that did come in handy. I'll be back again. I could see myself living in an apartment like this. It felt like home.

The room was amazing. There is plenty of room for a family of 4. Beautiful views of the ocean and a great location.
