Good location well equipped clean and modern, only item lacking was some table lamps

The key instruction that Chris gave us was very precise. We had an issue with the code but fortunately he replied immediately and we managed to get into the flat.

The location was perfect for Surbiton station - 2 min walk. the apartment had everything we needed, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Hair dryer, plenty of clean fresh towels. Good hot shower and the central heating meant it was cosy. We also loved the door code to get in and out of the property and the fob for the main entrance to the flats being in a key code box. Very easy and meant we didnt have to carry keys around with us. we would definitely stay here again for the convenience of the trains into central London - major added bonus was FREE parking for our car.

Really lovely spacious flat. The rooms were a decent size and the flat is only a stone throw from Surbiton station. We also had off-road parking. We had everything we needed at the flat. I'd definitely recommend it to families.
