Location is ideal for families visiting NITK. Piblic commute is also easy to get just 200 mts from the apartment in front of NITK. A nice beach is walkable as well. The hosts were quite friendly. They are also flexible for a late checkout for a payment. That works out well.

Great location and clean and spacious service apartment good restaurants nearby. Close to NITK campus. Has good power backup for all facilities.
