Your staff where honest. I forgot my passport they came to my room and gave me.. I was touched. And down the loddy I had tea and chicken sandwich 🥪 I used my card and at first your staff not sure, and I was in a rush so I paid cash ... Later that day she came and found me to give back the cash..... I am amazed. Thank you for the honestly. Appreciated

The room was very good we had twins room, each bed was big enought, wider then most twins beds, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent, the best we ever had in our journey in Indonesia.

A wonderful and affordable hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean. They have tea and coffee making facilities and toiletries. The hallways on the floors are carpeted, so you can barely hear people walking or carrying suitcases. The staff is attentive. Special thanks to the girl at the reception, Tirta Adelista, she really helped us out. We couldn't buy a train ticket. She completed all the paperwork, bought it, and printed it out, even though that wasn't part of her job description. The hotel is in a great location, off the busy street, and has its own entrance to a large shopping mall. If we return to Surabaya, we'll definitely choose this hotel.
