IRA “GOOD PLACE TO STAY”

The breakfast was excellent. The room is clean, so is the towel and linen. I love the size of bed, very wide and comfy. The shower is good too. I would recommend traveller, either for business and pleasure to stay at Mercure, very good and friendly staff. Since I am presently at Genius level Booking.com, I have received a better value because they upgrade the room with special price.

The room was fantastic, the bed super comfortable, and room was clean and spacious. The pool and gym were good. A good range of exercise equipment and weight. It was close access to nice eateries. The location was good for my one night stopover.

Nice hotel if you are staying in Surabaya. The hotel was more luxury then we expected based on the price. The room is beautiful and equiped with everything you need. The pool is nice, but was very crowded at times. Most of the staff we met did not speak great English, so make sure to use Google translate when needed.
