Great location close by to the Tunjungan Plaza mall. Clean, soft and comfortable bed and room. The pool area is really cool and they had a kids jumping castle! Great gym with all the equipment you need. Felt like a very fancy hotel.

The floor staff is very helpful and some of them gave above and beyond service #Suhertanto, Sri, Fia, Ayu, Wachid, Agung. The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed most of their local cuisines and desserts.
