Staffs were very friendly and accommodating. We came as a big group and everyone had a good experience during our stay. Breakfast had a good selections too and the proximity to the mall was the main thing why we chose to stay at this place.

The location is excellent, with the property situated next to the largest mall in Indonesia. The hotel has a modern feel and is exceptionally clean. The staff are genuinely friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

It's near a mall, it's very clean and the staffs are very nice. They communicate everything even though sometimes i think it's not even needed. Was a really great stay overall.
