Fenix Hotel welcomes Summer 2026 with a new management and highly improved service. Fenix Hotel is located on the first line, right across the promenade in Sunny Beach. The hotel combines space, comfort, and tranquility within an extensive green area just steps away from the sea. The hotel offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making it an excellent choice for both family holidays and guests seeking a quiet escape from the lively resort surroundings.
The hotel features some of the largest rooms in the area — bright, functional, and well suited for couples, families, and longer stays. The generous space and thoughtful amenities ensure comfort and a true sense of freedom throughout the stay.

For the cist if what it is to stay all inclusive. The hotel was great. Please ignore the bad reviews. We found the hotel to be old but very clean and every day our rooms were cleaned. Food is hit and miss, but there is something for everyone
