We stayed at the end of the season in early October. This is a very good hotel in the center of Sunny Beach. The last renovation was carried out in 2018, but everything looks new, clean, and well-maintained. At the same time, everything is done as if by itself; you don't see any cleaners or staff rushing around. The room was cleaned while we were out. The interior design is cool, made with beautiful finishing materials. There is a large bed with an excellent mattress and bedding. The shower cabin is wonderful. The courtyard pool and surrounding area are small, but there is a slide for children and anyone else who wants to use it. The beach is a 10-minute walk away via the city's central promenade. Beach towels are provided. We had an all-inclusive vacation package. Breakfast was buffet style, lunch was à la carte, dinner was buffet style, and at the end of the vacation, it was à la carte. The selection was sufficient and commensurate with the price, although I would have liked to see a slightly wider selection of hot dishes. The kitchen staff and waiters were very diligent, quick, and helpful. Everyone spoke English at a sufficient level. The coffee from the machines is good. For alcohol, you should go to the bar, which is located in the lobby. The bartender is sociable, diligent, and experienced. The local cold white wine from bottles and beer were of good quality. International brands are available for an additional fee. There are supermarkets, a pharmacy, and a bus station near the hotel, which is very convenient for travelers. When we left early, they gave us sandwiches, water, and fruit to take with us. Special thanks to the administrator Olga!

Everything was perfect. The room is big and clean. The food was amazing. The pool clean, and warm. The staff was amazing , especially Todor from the bar, he mad nice coctails. I would highly reccomend this hotel. From me it's 10.

The staff is very polite and helpful, which is rare to find in Bulgaria. The hotel is located in the center of Sunny Beach, yet you don’t hear the noise from outside. The service is excellent, and the rooms are clean, so I highly recommend it.
