We had a truly wonderful stay with Greg and Julie who are fabulous hosts. The property is beautiful and includes a swimming pool and a lovely communal area where you can prepare your own meals if you want to, there is all the cooking equipment you need and it is beautifully decorated. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Addo is less than 30 minutes drive away and is well worth a visit. There is a few words in the information in the room that have stayed with me, they hope that you feel welcome and leave as friends, we certainly feel that way and could not recommend Chicane more.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this bed and breakfast. The location is perfect for visiting Addo Elephant National Park – just a short and convenient drive, making early morning game drives very easy. The hosts clearly put a lot of care and effort into every detail. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful service throughout our stay, we truly felt well looked after. The breakfast was exceptional – fresh, delicious, and prepared with great attention. We also felt very safe and comfortable at all times, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Addo!

Julie and Greg are wonderful hosts and have a lovely, peaceful place. I arrived sick and they cared for me as if I were a friend. I’m very grateful for everything.
