Initially our room was at 2nd floor and has to use steep stair. My wife and i both have knee problem. The next day we ask a room at ground floor and immediately granted by the staff. Tqvm

Only thing I chose this place was for the location. At least the room is clean too. There's the cuckoo at Ground floor when need to top up water. It would've been better if they provide one tumbler/jug in the room for filling up water. Lots of parking but need to check on the street parking charges.
