The hotel is well located in a 5min walking distance from the train/bus station. There are several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The neighborhood feels safe. The 'kitchen' corner of the room is very basic (electric kettle, a glass, and a mug). More utensils can be found in the kitchen on the 2nd floor, and a cooker is available there, too. It's an unmanned reception system, instructions with the access codes are sent out on the arrival day around the check-in time. The place was clean and had everything I needed for a 1 night stay.

Good location - a 5min walk from the train/bus station. There are several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. There is an electric kettle in the room, a glass, and a mug. Everything else (e.g. cutlery, plates, cooker, etc.) is available in the kitchen located on the 2nd floor. There are stairs in the house, and no lift. No issue for me, but it may be good for others to know. There was no reception and no staff, I received instructions regarding the access codes on the arrival day around the check-in time. That was all smooth. The place was clean. It's good value for money.
