What a gem! The view, the location, the neighbourhood, the beach, the staff, the bed, the bath, the shower, the privacy, the easy self check-in, the atmosphere… I loved it all! I visited Sunderland on my own for a film festival and felt so happy and at home in this guest house. I’ll definitely be coming back. Darren, the owner, and the household staff were incredibly welcoming - thank you for creating such a lovely place. I already miss this little paradise! Oh, and I also loved The Bungalow around the corner – such a great spot for food!

Everything! Perfect views and close to the beach. Very friendly staff nothing too much. Well equipped room with microwave fridge and kettle. Huge comfy bed four poster a lovely feature. Big tv. Great shower room. All clean fresh and bright. Fluffy towels. Fan provided to cool down. Loads to do nearby. Easy to get into town or further a field.
