Waited at reception on check in and check out....no recognition of me being there ...no friendly 'I'll be with you in a minute' just continued with shuffling paperwork etc. Bathroom was an accident waiting to happen...no shower mat or safety rubber in bath or grab handles should the obvious happen....I'm amazed there haven't been more accidents....or have there!!!! 🤔
