Clean and spacious with lovely views of the mountains, church’s and tiled roofs. The host was fantastic, a really happy and nice man who was very passionate about his town.

The location is ideal as it is within the city's historic centre with many cafes and restaurants along the main road, Corso Ovidio. There is a colorful and traditional outdoor market within walking distance on Wednesdays and Saturdays featuring a variety of food, clothing, gifts, and household items for sale. Grocery stores are also accessible. There was ample room for three people in the apartment. Bathrooms were upgraded. A functioning kitchen and washing machine were also on site. The beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping was provided weekly and included new towels, linens, and sheets. Our host, Gianni, was exceptionally helpful with all of our questions and needs. We will definitely go back and recommend this facility! Thank you for a phenomenal stay!!!! GRAZIE MILLE, GIANNI!

The property was really spacious and perfectly located in the centre of Sulmona. Very very clean and lots of books and games to keep the little ones entertained. Gianni the owner was nothing but excellent from helping me find a parking spot, showing me how the coffee machine works, recommending restaurants and even offering to cook me arrosticini !! What a guy !!! Would definitely recommend the property !!
