This charming, family-owned property is the perfect choice for a short stay in Sukhothai. The breakfast is excellent, and the location couldn’t be better—just five minutes from the ruins and close to a 7-Eleven. The staff are warm, welcoming, and very accommodating, and the bikes they provide are a great added touch for exploring the area. The value for money is outstanding—honestly, I wouldn’t recommend staying anywhere else in Sukhothai.

The staff are wonderful, so kind and helpful. The breakfast is freshly made with a great selection and sets you up perfectly for the day. The guesthouse is on a lovely residential street and an easy walk to the Historic Park and the main road with restaurants, cafes, a market and ATMs. Our room was super comfortable and the beds and linen perfect too

Friendly & helpful staff, a real family feel to this hotel; they went above & beyond to make me feel welcome. For a hotel of this size the breakfast was exceptional with a wide choice available. Location was perfect; you could easily walk to the Historic Park, although the hotel had a good selection of bikes that could be borrowed for free. Plenty of places to eat and several 7-11's close by. I would choose this hotel again.

SHORT WALK TO MAIN STREET BIKES AVAILABLE FREE BEDS HARD BUT WE SLEPT OK AC WORKS WELL GOOD LIGHTING BASIC DESK AND CHAIR ROOM NOT CROWDED SECOND RELAXING CHAIR GOOD BUFFET BREAKFAST WITH LOTS OF CHOICES RESTAURANT WITH DRINKS, WATER AND SNACKS ALL DAY WIFI WORKS WELL BIG BATHROOM WITH VENT FAN WORKS WELL SCREENED OPENING WINDOWS
