The staff was great - helpful in everyway in making our experience the best. Rooms were clean & surprisingly modern. Hot shower, cool air-conditioning. FYI: here was NO internet/wifi Tours were fun and we saw the Borneo big 5.

Hannah at reception was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our guide Jeidi is highly recommended. He knows a lot about the area, safaris, and the jungle. We went on safaris with him and saw crocodiles, monkeys, snakes, many birds, and orangutans. The only thing we didn't see was elephants, but that's very difficult! We also took a walk with Jeidi through the jungle. The breakfasts were very complete as well. I would definitely return.
