Perfect base for a couple of days in Suffolk, with welcoming hosts and a lovely garden and games room. The cats were a wonderful bonus!

Terry and Lynette made us very welcome. The river room was comfortable and convenient as we had a dog with us. The breakfast was excellent and it was great to sit round the table and chat with the other guests. We met some interesting people.If we are ever in this area again we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Not too far from an earlier event. Very interesting and secluded garden. Bath was good although the taps were stiff.

Such a beautiful old building, dating back to 1160 and the newer part to 1440. The wallpaper was fabric in our room, really beautiful. Everything was crooked, adding to the sphere. Really nice experience to spend the night there. Hosts very friendly, offered us tea in their garden when we arrived. It was a hot day (32 C) and they even prepared some ice cold lemonade for 3 cyclists who also arrived that late afternoon. We had a really nice chat with the owners and with some of the other guests.
