Lakeshore Hotel was amazing - located near the sea so we have amazing views. Quiet neighbourhood. Facilities were excellent and well maintained. We loved having our own private onsen in the room. Our king room was really spacious as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One major thing i want to commend the staff on is that I left my wedding ring in the room and checked out without realising it. It was hours later before i realised and the hotel had also emailed me about it, asking me to contact them to arrange a return. I just want to thank the staff for being so honest and so helpful in getting my wedding ring shipped back to Singapore really quickly.

We were impressive of the welcome drinks and snacks. The breakfast was awesome and tasty. My family were really enjoying the cold/hot springs.
