If guests fail to check in by 22:00, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and corresponding charges will apply.Late Arrivals: Please inform us in advance, if you anticipate arriving after 22:00, late check-in may result in an additional fee.Check-out is required by 11:00. If a later check-out is desired, please inform us before your arrival or during your stay. Late check-outs are subject to availability, may incur additional charges, and cannot be guaranteed. Smoking in the rooms is strictly forbidden and will result in a 35,000 ISK penalty fee. This fee may also apply if a room is returned in a condition that requires deep cleaning (e.g., if a room has been used for cooking purposes).Guests are required to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disrupt the comfort, safety, or enjoyment of other guests or staff. Guests are financially responsible for any damages to the property, furnishings, or fixtures caused during your stay. All outstanding balances must be settled prior to check-out. I had such a lovely stay at Akkeri Guesthouse. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed, which made a big difference after a long journey. Everything was spotless, you can tell they really care about keeping the place clean and comfortable. My room was cozy and had everything I needed, so it was easy to just relax and feel at home.

The accommodation at Akkeri Guesthouse was pleasant. However, be careful if you need a late check-in. We usually arrive in the evening, so this turned out to be somewhat limiting for us. In the end, we managed to make it on time. Overall, the room was very nice and clean, with a smaller bathroom. Guests can use a shared refrigerator and have access to coffee and tea-making facilities. We can definitely recommend it.

Nicely decorated and homey guesthouse. It felt like going home and relaxed. We really enjoyed our stay here. The host was very helpful, breakfast delicious, and the room is very comfortable. We had a balcony to go out and sit on but we couldn't use it much due to the rain.

Very friendly staff. Beautifully furnished and quite spacious room. Comfortable bed. Stykkisholmur is a very nice town as well.
