Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Fact that they are mostly brazilian and I'm portuguese helped us to connect immediately. Rooms are very generous in space and very stylish. Corridors with birds chirping gives it a nice soothing touch. Breakfast is pretty good (includes Brazilian traditional food/sweets). Lounge is very comfortable (I used it a lot to work). One super extra thing...loved the natural light in the morning at the Breakfast/Lounge. Rooftop is also a nice spot to see the surroundings. Hotel is also super close to a tram station giving you access to city center in ~20 minutes.
