I stayed at Premier Inn Stuttgart City Centre for 2 nights. Overall, my experience was decent, but there are a few points worth mentioning. The location of the hotel is quite convenient. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the train station and around 20–25 minutes to the city center. There is also a large shopping mall right next to the hotel, although you may not find every brand you’re looking for there. As an alternative, Metzingen Outlet City is a much better option for shopping. Regarding the room, the bed was of medium quality and not particularly comfortable for me. In the bathroom, there were only towels and a wall-mounted shampoo dispenser, which was unfortunately broken. Basic amenities like cotton swabs or slippers were not provided, which I think are no longer considered luxury items. My room was facing the train station side. When the windows were closed, the sound and heat insulation were quite good. However, if you open the window for fresh air, the noise from outside can be quite noticeable. I didn’t try the breakfast and didn’t spend much time in the hotel apart from sleeping, so I can’t comment on other facilities. In general, the hotel can be a good option for short stays, especially for solo travelers. However, for stays longer than 2 nights, I don’t think it offers great value for money compared to other alternatives.

A quality Premier Inn in Stuttgart's Europaviertel – one of two, so don't make the mistake of going to the wrong one as we did! The Milaneo shopping centre is right next door (up until 8pm when it closes) and two Stadtbahn stations are on hand (including a direct link to the airport), as well as being about 10 minutes' walk from the central station. The room was clean and equipped as we would expect for a Premier Inn. We had food in the hotel one night and the Flammkuchen were perfectly good and reasonable value.
