I really liked the excellent location — just a short walk to the bus and subway stations, and around 10 minutes to Stuttgart bahnhof. The staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. They were polite, helpful, and spoke good English. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall, the atmosphere felt welcoming.
