Verry kinde lady in the morning for breakfast clean rooms easy check in true self service. And easy too contact staff iff Necessary. Close too city center

Good location close to Stuttgart Hbf - this was a single night stay forced on us by a DB train breakdown. Breakfast modest but was included in the room price. Rooms small but quite clean; good showers. There was a fan supplied in the room, which helped a lot with the warm and humid weather. Receptionist quite helpful when I had difficulty rousing our teenage kids.

It was comfortable and good central location and a plentiful breakfast . The main thing that was good was Jaffa , the Lebanese man that is there at reception until it closes at 1.30pm. He really is the best part of the hotel and would do well in a 5* hotel. Multilingual, helpful and had empathy with my friend with me who has a disability. Can not praise him enough

Read bad reviews so was apprehensive but it must have been refurbished. Clean, fresh, everything worked and helpful staff. So worth the money for a few nights stay.
