Excellent hotel in a great area. We were in the area for 6 days driving down to the Black Forest and stayed here for our first and last nights. Amazing place, highly recommend!

Amazing hotel in a vibrant area. We booked the Lu suite and it didn’t disappoint. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Lovely breakfast offered which was nice but pricey! Nice bar attached to the hotel which was great for early evening drinks before dinner. Lots of restaurants and cafes on the doorstep so lots to choose from. A little noisy overnight but to be expected in the middle of the city. Will definitely return when in the area. Highly recommended

The staff were exceptional. I was actually in the city for a surgery and stayed at the property before and after my hospital stay. I was so well looked after by the team, they genuinely could not have been more accommodating. I experienced two different rooms during my stay - prior to my surgery I booked a cosy room as I was on my own, after my surgery I booked an urban room as my Mum came to stay with me. I highly recommend the urban room, it was very spacious, had a lovely view, well equipped and lovely bathroom facilities.
