I like that it has all I need - from a fully equipped kitchenette to a laundry room. Also has a common room with gym, pool table and a seating area to meet guests or just relax. I actually ended up staying here for almost 2 weeks, and I will be back in March. Btw, there is a grocery store and a bakery just next door (1 min walk away).

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and really enjoyed it—cozy atmosphere, great location near the city centre, a well-equipped kitchen, and smooth check-in. This time, however, I encountered a problem: the heating in my room wasn’t working properly during an extremely cold week, and the temperature stayed uncomfortably low. The good news is that after my stay, the management contacted me directly, took the issue seriously, and inspected the room immediately. They confirmed that the heating has since been fixed and everything is working normally again. I appreciate the follow-up and the professional way the situation was handled afterward. Aside from this isolated technical issue, the hotel still has many great qualities, and based on my previous experience—and the way the problem was addressed—I would consider staying here again.
