Tram station is very close to apt. 3 mins walk. Easy tram access to downtown Stuttgart. Supermkt is within close proximity. Apt is big, clean, Michael is great and helpful host. Washing mc and dryer within building.

The apartment is very neat, cozy, and modern. The noise of the main street cannot be heard. Surrounded by trees. Neighbors cannot be heard. It is very convenient to park a car. You will always find a space for the car. The apartment owner is very pleasant, calm, polite, and friendly in answering all questions. Thank you!!!

Good location since it’s not that far from the city. Quiet neighbourhood. The room was quite big and spacious. Various options of tv channels like Netflix, YouTube etc

Very spacious and comfortable, close to the UBahn and to Edeka for grocery shopping, close to Stuttgart center via the U Bahn.
