I've been to many hotels, but never have I seen such a professional, kind and discerning receptionist like Jay. The whole team is great, but I need to highlight him because I witnessed him in a very tense situation with very rude guests while simutaniously having to take care of some other guests requests. He is a Boss and should lead the Hotel

Calm, close to city, close to grocery store Lidl. Quite affordable price they offered compared to others. Clean beds and clean rooms.

The staff is very kind and efficient. Nik was very helpful with all my questions and support. The dorm is very spacious and the bed very comfortable. I found it great! I'll recommend and I'll be back for sure.

Location is pretty easy to find, tram stop in front of the building. A lobby is well equipped, and there is also left luggage. The rooms are as described, the bathrooms and toilets are clean, beds have plenty of storage space.
