The staff were so sweet and polite. They tried their best to make sure you have a good holiday. The room is very big, so great to have space! It was also very clean and you have a nice mountain view from the balcony

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate my requests. The room itself was nothing short of impressive - spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated.
