Wonderful studio with all the quirks and charm you’d expect in a period property. Not far from the heart of Rochester, perfect for walking into Rochester or to the train station to explore further afield. Incredibly quiet room. Contains everything you could need to cater for yourself. Highly responsive host. Helpful information provided in the studio. The parking is either on street or pay to park in the car park up the road, which wasn’t an issue, even though I was concerned with this. I will happily stay here again.

I absolutely love this little studio flat with the old fashioned style bath tub with the decorative floor tiles. The studio very cosy comfy, home from home ❤️ would defo stay again. There’s free street parking in Russle street or pay display parking in Union street and the actual high street is within walking distance, with a little chicken shop and office licence around the corner. All very central, great little studio, perfect 😍 x

Was pleasantly quaint and cosy the bath tub was amazing all the facilities required, bring eggs and bacon to fru up your own brekkie ❤️
