The accomodation is just wonderful , the rooms are decorated simply with wonderful original artworks everywhere throughout the property. The hotel staff are welcoming and professional.The breakfast is very generous and many tastes are catered for ! The hotel is located right at the port and easy walk from the ferry and easy walk to the black sand beach

Excellent location. 5min walk from the ferry, close to everything, and the included trekking was amazing. Got the packed lunch option for the hike too, and that ended up sufficient for two days. Staff is lovely and they make a great coffee. The trekking rooms are part of the hotel. Ours was on the ground floor/souterrain and had its own patio and gate.

Hotel was nice, comfortable but basic room, and in a great location for the ferry and amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Trip up Stromboli at sunset was really good, and the guides on the actual walking tour were very good. Read below in "What you didn't like"...
