The property is very clean , welcoming and friendly host , breakfast was good A quiet Location with a mountain and lake view.

Clean and practical room, exactly what you would expect from a B&B. There was a small fridge and nice bathroom. The beds were fine but nothing spectacular (which is very fair considering the price point). There was free parking in front of the building and the view would have been great if not for the heavy fog during our visit. The village of Stresa is close but not quite walking distance unless you enjoy a good hike up the small hillside roads. There is a cute and cosy bar right around the corner where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.
