Location being close to lake ferry terminal, bars and restaurants in the old town. There is a lift to all floors. It is also close to the Tourist Information office. Room quiet and comfortable bed. Wifi reception was good in our room on the third floor. Breakfast was good and Frederico very attentive to one’s needs. He was very helpful with advice on places to visit and boat tickets for the small boats to the islands. He also helped us to book the bus to Malpensa airport which leaves just yards from the hotel. Prior to our arrival he had helped us with information on train from Milan to Stresa.

The hotel is in a great location, central to restaurants and shopping as well as the ferry terminal. Our room was comfortable and catered for our needs well and had plenty of natural light available. The continental breakfast provided each day was excellent, and added further value for money to our stay.

Great central location, this boutique hotel was just renovated. The room was very comfortable, and staff was very friendly and helpful, suggested places to visit and how to get to Malpensa Airport (there's a direct bus). Hope to visit again soon!
