Both of our guest bedrooms are upstairs on the first floor, we have no ground floor bedrooms, and there are 20 stairs which will not suit anyone who has reduced mobility.Please note the GPS coordinates are 57.590536, -4.539059. On Maps, search for Strathview Strathpeffer or enter the postcode IV14 9DX.Please note that 2 lively but very friendly dogs live at Strathview.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A warm welcome especially from Kevin (Dog) room was warm and clean, breakfast was good also. Nice walk to the village (about 10 mins) where there are few places to eat and drink

Lovely B&B, the bedrom was large, nicely decorated and the setting very rustic. The breakfast was very good and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The hostess was friendly and charming. Highly recommended.

A good, comfortable B&B but a little bit dated. Victoria and Rob were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was large with a great view and we had a good breakfast.
