Nice modern caravan with balcony. Well equipped with kitchen utensils, bed linen and towels all provided. Play park for children and the site is in a good location not too far from St Andrews and other villages

We were not happy with the twin beds. They were clearly not suitable for two adults to sleep in and our friends ended up sleeping on the sofas . They should have been marketed as suitable for two young children - not suitable for adults.

Good house.. Well equipped Could have done better to keep a few more coffee sachets and towels as our stay was 6 nights..
