We loved the garden setting, the peace and unique charm of Te Popo. Our room, Wild Cats, was comfortable, clean, and as described. We were made very welcome by Amanda and Les. They were most attentive and helpful, responding to any request. Amanda's home cooking was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed the quirkiness of Te Popo.

A beautiful, comfortable place, close to the city, where you can lose yourself in lovely gardens and the sounds of birds. The rooms are super comfortable, spacious, and have everything you need. The owners, Amanda and Lee, are so lovely and make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Highly recommended, and I would return without hesitation.
