The house is in a tiny village, facing the green and a field, and was lovely and quiet. I had a very warm welcome, which was nice after quite a long drive and feeling a bit frazzled! The room was simple, clean and well equipped, and the bed was lovely and comfortable. It is close to some good pubs for food, and about a ten minute drive to a Morrisons Daily. Breakfast was very good. I had cereals (good choice, with yoghurt and fruit juices) and poached eggs on toast. A good poached egg is hard to find, but the ones I had were just about perfect. No runny white bits!

Breakfast was very good and large. Staff very friendly. Pleasant location but 15 mins outside Stratford upon Avon so have to drive in there. Reasonable value for money.
