Location was excellent and within a short distance to all amenities, particularly the RSC theatre. The food was of good quality and value for money. The hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff were professional, polite, friendly and helpful. Being right beside the river we were able to enjoy the riverside walks and the town was only a few minutes walk away. Eating places around the town were numerous and prices were what we expected.

Breakfast was terrible. I had the full English. It came covered in pepper and dry. If I had to guess I would say it was preprepared and kept under a hot lamp. Supper was poor too. Hotel is fine. The room was small but fine for a staying one night

I can't fault this hotel, beautiful inside and out, lovely location, helpful staff, beautiful room and breakfast and dinner were fantastic
