Lovely property with everything you would need. Fully equipped, great location but peaceful. Hostess was amazing with a lovely treat of scones & jam on arrival.

Very nice property to spend a weekend away with friend and family. we were 4 families here, kids and grown ups all enjoyed the house. Property is reasonably close to many attaractions.

Plenty of parking space for four cars. Beautiful setting and very spacious, airy rooms downstairs. The kitchen was well equipped and had a large table perfect for family gathering. Great garden space for everyone to enjoy. Perfectly located for visiting Stratford upon Avon. We had cars. Not sure about bus services but as the property is located adjacent to a main road these may be available or use a taxi service for the 10 minute drive into Stratford. We loved how it felt like a family home. Quirky property upstairs. Staircase from hallway leads to a large bedroom with en suite and a small bedroom which has another door off it to another landing with two more bedrooms and family bathroom. From this landing there is another staircase leading down to the ground floor utility and shower room and a twin bedroom (which then leads to the kitchen). To reach the downstairs living accommodation it is necessary for those in the family bathroom wing to either walk through the upstairs single room or through the downstairs twin so that was a little awkward. If, of course, the single bedroom and/or downstairs twin are not in use, there is no issue. Very, very friendly neighbour who was on hand to help if needed. The tennis court onsite and trampoline in the garden were a great bonus. We had a lovely stay.
