Lovely stay with my children, had so much fun together and much needed. Well equipped kitchen. Thankyou for the wine and chocolates. Comfy beds, plenty towels, we had milk, teabags, washing up liquid, hand-wash, all the things we were unsure of if we needed to go shops to get. So thankyou for that! Took alot of stress off me!! So close to the town, plenty of things to do. We visited Warwick Castle and crocodiles of the world. Highly recommended!! All in all, a lovely week away!!

The communication with instructions to access the property were straight forward. The property was small but plenty of room for 2 couples / family very close to the centre with no need to drive. The property was extremely clean with the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in! The hot tub was a very nice touch too :) A very nice welcome pack with wine and chocolates too. Thank you so much!

We requested an early check-in as we were meeting friends we don’t get to see often due to the distance between us. Dean was incredibly accommodating and kindly allowed us to arrive early. The kitchen was fantastic, fully equipped with everything we needed, and the cosy seating area in the kitchen was a lovely touch. Although we didn’t use the hot tub during our stay, we would definitely take advantage of it in the summer. The location was also great—just a short 15-20 minute walk to the town centre, so it was very convenient

Lovely cottage. Fabulous location, both quiet and central. Spotlessly clean with well stocked kitchen. We really appreciated the wine and chocs on arrival. Host was really helpful.
