Please note that the nearest parking lot to the hotel is the Ducs d'Alsace parking lot. This paying parking lot is located 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Please note that a security deposit of the amount of the first night is required. It must be paid by credit card. The security deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card, if no damage has been noted by the property. The restitution time varies depending on the banking institution (from 8 to 30 days).Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Clean comfortable room with lots of storage shelving, and a safe. Great spacious bathroom and rain shower. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of variety and very fresh. Staff was great with service and cleaning. Friendly staff, bar on hand snacks and pizzas. Location great. 2 tram stops from Gran Centrale station. Easy 10 minute walk to tram stop. Parking on site, secure.
