Please note that the nearest parking lot to the hotel is the Ducs d'Alsace parking lot. This paying parking lot is located 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Please note that a security deposit of the amount of the first night is required. It must be paid by credit card. The security deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card, if no damage has been noted by the property. The restitution time varies depending on the banking institution (from 8 to 30 days).Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. The stuff are really nice and also it’s in flow proximity tot he tram station, only a 5 min walk. Als the room was very clean and the bed comfortable
