We were warmly greeted at the reception. Our room was perfect. There is convenient transport to the city center. The breakfast was very delicious.

The hotel was very easy to access arriving at the train station in Strasbourg and taking a 5 minute tram which came roughly every 5 minutes with two to choose from and a 5 minute walk from there. We loved the pool and spa facilities and used them everyday. We really appreciated these facilities being included within the price of the hotel and was definitely a selling point when choosing to stay here. The room was comfortable.
