The breakfast was very good with high quality and delicious food, though it was the same everyday. I wish there was a bit more variety and more fruit available. Towels were changed daily. The location is very close to city centre and central station. I was kindly upgraded to a PMR room that was more spacious, which was a nice gesture.

Location is very good, trams infront of the front, plenty of restaurants around and easy walk to Petite France. We had a booking for three adults which was in two levels. It was during the heat wave in summer and the air conditioner did not reach down stairs bed room and the fan was not enough to provide comfortable level of temperature control. Taking the stairs to use the bathroom and to fiil water botes etc did not bother us, but will need to be clarified for anyone who has mobility issues when booking. Staff were friendly and helpful.
