All the staff were very pleasant. Location was excellent. Small pieces of lemon drizzle cake in our room each day was a lovely touch. Toiletries were very nice

We had an excellent stay at Lucy's Tearoom, the staff were lovely, the included breakfast (and cake left in the room!) were wonderful. Highly recommended.
