I loved EVERYTHING about Macaulay Farm Cabin! Facilities in the cabin were great and the outlook from both windows private and spectacular. I felt so at peace there. The farm, the animals, the proximity to the Castle Grounds for walks along the Creed river made my stay so lovely. Ginny and Charles are gorgeous hosts. I didn’t want to leave in all honesty.

The cabin was excellent. Comparing to other pods the facilities were comfortable for a 3 day stay. The kitchen and shower room was adequate. Other pods I have seen don't have their own shower and loo so this was really good. We could go for a walk in the grounds so that was also good

The cabin was gorgeous and so cosy. Incredibly warm, we stayed during a hebridean storm and we were so comfortable we didn’t even need to turn the heating on. The owners were really welcoming and the cabin was really beautifully designed and well equipped.

Very good location only a very short drive from Stornoway Port, the staff was excellent, the bed was cozy, and the animals were super friendly.
