Very friendly and helpful hosts. The house had absolutely everything we needed and was in great condition. Fresh flowers in living room and bottle of wine added to the warm welcome

Quiet location just a few minutes drive from Stornoway town centre. Having an entire house was wonderful. Fully equipped kitchen is great for when you don’t want to eat out. The shower malfunctioned during our stay and Ken fitted a new one that same day. The bed is comfy and soft. Owners live across the street and are welcoming and helpful. They even left us flowers and wine (which didn’t last long!). Highly recommend this as a base for exploring Lewis and Harris if you want to be self catering.

Quite area, easy access to different places, nice back garden for dogs, everything you could need, shops close on a Sunday, we arrived Saturday night, isobel gave us milk, butter and bread to get us started, and a nice bottle of wine and fresh flowers,
