Everything about this property was exactly what we needed. Lots of additions- hand wash, cleaning materials/products etc. Large, comfy, unlimited hot water, good heating when required.... and a welcome gift: flowers and a cake😃. Home from home.

My group and I had the great pleasure of staying at this beautiful cottage in the iddyllic south Devon location. The host Carol was brilliant from even before arrival where she went out of her way to give a wonderfully friendly courtesy call and making sure we knew directions etc so we didn't get lost. We arrived to see the lovely cottage was even more lovely than the photos did it justice! Carol popped in to say hello shortly after our arrival, she was friendly and very happy with answering any questions we had- she even had a welcome card and some pre-arrival goodies that went down a treat! The cottage itself is beautiful and very spacious even for a group of 12 adults. There are very spacious communal areas including a very pretty garden. On this occasion we were guests at a wedding but we are very keen to come back for a proper holiday at the cottage. Definitely would recommend for future guests!

Superb, quaint cottage, easily large enough for 12 people. Plenty of kitchen equipment if you’re cooking for 12. Lovely host. Great base from where to visit all the local beaches & attractions.
